Vibnelo is a place to listen to 30-second hooks of new songs, vote in battles, call hits early with Vibes and drop your own songs. These terms are the agreement between you and Vibnelo when you use vibnelo.com.

Who can use Vibnelo

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You can listen, like and vote without an account. One person, one account: accounts made to inflate votes, likes or the Ear Score are removed.

Your account

Accounts use passkeys (your device's face, fingerprint or screen lock). We never ask for a password. When you join you get a recovery key: keep it safe, it is the only way back in without your device. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; that removes your profile, likes, comments, friends and hit calls, and deletes your drops and their files.

Vibes and the Ear Score

• Vibes are free points inside Vibnelo. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged, and can't be cashed out for money.
• The Ear Score measures how early you spot hits: your calls and battle votes are scored by what other listeners do next, and can raise or lower it. A like can only raise it.
• We may adjust Vibes and Ear Scores that came from abuse (bots, multiple accounts, coordinated voting).

Dropping a song

When you drop a hook you confirm that:

• it is your song, or you hold all the rights needed to publish it;
• if you used a tool to make it (for example an AI music service), that tool allows you to release it on your plan;
• it contains no imitation of a real singer's voice (voice clones) and no samples you don't have rights to.

Only the 30-second hook you choose is uploaded; the full song stays on your device. Every drop is checked automatically (the words, the artist name, copies of hooks already on Vibnelo and, where available, an audio fingerprint against released songs) and goes live right away; a drop the check flags waits for a person. You keep all rights to your music. You give Vibnelo a non-exclusive, worldwide, free licence to host, play, and show your hook, its words and its cover inside Vibnelo and in share cards, for as long as it is on Vibnelo. Deleting the drop or your account ends the licence (shares already made by others may remain where they were posted). We never use your music, its words or its cover to train AI. The words of a hook are written out automatically (Workers AI) so they can be shown with it; you can correct them before you drop.

What you post

Comments and profiles must follow the community guidelines. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. When we remove your content we tell you why, and you can answer us.

Reports and removals

Anyone can report a hook, a comment or a person. How that works, including copyright claims, is on Copyright & reports.

No warranty

Vibnelo is offered as it is, in beta. Features change, and the service can be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before the change applies.
