Copyright & reports

Last updated 31 October 2026

Vibnelo is a hosting service for short hooks of songs. We act on notices quickly. This page is our notice-and-action procedure under the EU Digital Services Act, and our copyright policy.

Report anything, from inside the app

On a hook: Share, then Report. On a comment: Report under it. Choose what's wrong, add details if you want, and an e-mail if you want an answer. No account needed.

Copyright and voice claims

A written notice by e-mail works too. Include: your name and contact, the work you hold rights to, the Vibnelo hook (its title and artist, or the link), and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.

Other illegal content

Hate, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors and other illegal content: report it from the app or write to us. We act on reports without undue delay and tell the reporter and the uploader what we decided and why.

Automatic checks

Every drop is checked automatically before it goes live: its words (for hate, violence, sexual content involving minors and self-harm), its artist name (for impersonation of known artists), copies of hooks already on Vibnelo and, where available, an audio fingerprint against released recordings. A drop the checks flag waits for a person; everything else is live at once and can be reported like anything else. Uploaders confirm the rights for each drop, and only a 30-second hook is ever uploaded.

Point of contact

For authorities, rights holders and users: contact@vibnelo.com (English or Slovenian).

Questions or notices: contact@vibnelo.com. You can also report any hook, comment or person from inside the app (Share, then Report).
